This was my first time doing a large scale fundraiser. Kayla will tell you I was right there at the beginning making plans and helping her with important decisions. We were able to pull off a simple rustic Montana style gala complete with a grazing table spread on horse troughs, great people and even a puppy to auction. Everyone came in to games, photo ops with Miss Rodeo Montana and a fun filled evening with Kayla. SHe had wine labels made up for special Miss Rodeo Montana wine and even auctioned off a huckleberry dessert made by her. The Party Store was a huge help in sending us all we need to pull off this event and we had a great team of people doing most of the background technical pieces. It was a privilege and honor to be able to plan the Miss Rodeo Montana Gala for our local Kalispell native Kayla Seaman.
